These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by 47 Transportation LLC (“47 Transportation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). For the website form, consent is recorded only after you select an optional SMS checkbox and send the email draft prepared by the form. You agree to receive only the types of messages for which you provided consent.

Messaging programs

• Dispatch and transportation updates: Non-marketing messages about dispatch, loads, routes, delivery coordination, and related service updates. This consent is separate from marketing consent.
• Marketing messages: Occasional promotional messages or company updates. You must separately opt in to receive marketing messages. Agreeing to dispatch messages does not enroll you in marketing.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary based on your interactions and transportation activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

Opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out of that SMS program. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@47transportationllc.com.

Consent

Carrier delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may vary by carrier, device, and network coverage.
